My brother is in the hospital in San Francisco and I am in Missouri. I was able to access the website for A New Leaf Florist and place my order very easily. There was a space to add the details of the room number, etc. I received a call from the florist asking if a couple of changes would be acceptable. My brother received the flowers within just a couple of hours and he sent me a picture. They looked beautiful!! I would definitely use A New Leaf Florist again!!

It was easy to make a selection online and arrange for the delivery. The photographed flowers were not available and I received a call immediately asking me if substitutions were acceptable. The flowers and delivery were very expensive, but as I was unable to deliver them myself, the convenience and timely manner in which the delivery was made justified the price. I was not able, however, to actually see the arrangement as delivered so I can't actually speak to that. I would, though, definitely use the service again if I were in the same circumstances. As a postscript I do want to add that I used the shop at CPMC Van Ness Campus and flowers were delivered to my daughter who had just delivered her newborn. Flowers were perhaps not exceptionally expensive, I'm just not used to special ordering them.
